Tablet based graphical signature solution – SIXT rent a car.

Shlomo Sixt Group is the largest and most comprehensive automotive group in Israel with nationwide branches. The company operates leases and rentals of over 70,000 vehicles. Sixt international offers over 4,500 locations in over 105 countries around the globe.

The challenge
Moving to a fully automated electronic system at all client’s service stations. By digitalizing the workflow, the vendor avoids dealing with paper prints intended for signatures and the client receives all relevant documents electronically.

The Esign technology Solution
By using ComSignTrust’s Mobile Application, a tablet based graphical signature solution, Shlomo Sixt Group now has a fully digital work process in line. The client reviews, upon the tablet, the document that he is required to sign. The representative fills out a digital form with the client’s details. The client reviews the info and then signs digitally in all obligatory fields. He then places his identification documents in the selected area, which are then scanned by the tablet’s camera and attached as an additional page to the signed documents. At the end of the process there is an option to lock the documents by using a qualified electronic signature, in order to validate it legally. The documents are digitally stored and archived and in parallel are being sent to the client’s email.
